(2 year term; 2 positions) Both positions open for 2009 elections
To act as voting members on the Board for the Studdiford Association/Neighborhood.
To help collectively establish policies, plans, and procedures for the association; manage, and support the association’s president and support the association’s officers; ensure regular communication with association members; and help to discuss and evaluate the issues that may arise while on the board.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Voting member of the Studdiford HOA Board
Attend board meetings, read material in advance, ask questions, make informed decisions.
Declare all possible conflicts of interest.
Become knowledgeable about the association.
Act in the best interest of the association.
Assume board leadership roles when asked
Recruit for board and committee chair positions
