President Elect

(2-year term) Next open term for election 2009, voting Oct08.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Voting member of the Studdiford HOA Board.
To learn and follow the position of the President.
President Elect is a 1 yr term, followed by 1yr as President
Serve in the place of and with the authority of the president in case of the president’s absence or inability to serve;
Review annually the rules, policies and procedures of the communities governing documents, so that they can remain up to date.
Attend monthly meetings to discuss the on-goings of the communities’ budgets, and subcommittee chairs.
At the end of the first year, duties of the president will be transferred to the president elect, and President Elect will serve the coming year as President.
