Realtor Information Sheet

Studdiford Property Owners' Association is the mandatory association for Studdiford residents.*  The Association also sells Swim & Tennis memberships to individuals and families in neighboring communities that would like to participate in our pool / tennis / social activities.

Photography: Please contact us at information@studdiford.org prior to taking any pictures of our pool, tennis or playground areas. This includes the use of drones for photographs.

Studdiford Neighborhood Facts

  • The Studdiford subdivision consists of 130 homes; 106 Full Members, 13 Associate Members, 11 Resident Non-members (as of 05/19).
  • Annual Dues notices are sent out in January and must be paid by March 31st
  • Pool Deck resurfaced May 2017
  • Tennis courts resurfaced May 2016
  • New Playground installed May 2016
  • Pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
  • We are financially sound with substantial reserve funds available
  • There are no special assessments being considered or passed
Association Membership Information
Membership Type Full Member Associate Member Outside Member
Description Full Members are Studdiford home owners who purchased their home after October 15, 2000, OR home owners who joined prior to October 15, 2000 and elected to join as a Full Member. Associate Members are Studdiford home owners who joined the Association prior to October 15, 2000 and elected to NOT become Full Members. When an Associate Member sells their home, the membership will automatically be transferred to Full Member status and the home buyer will be responsible for the difference in Annual Dues at closing along with the portion of dues that the previous owner has already paid for that year. Outside Members include Woodfall home owners or residents of nearby neighborhoods who have elected to join our Community Association for access to our pool / tennis courts, and be a part of the social activities provided by the community.

*Owners of the 11 Resident Non-member properties are not members of, or represented by, the Association. These properties are not required to join the Association at any time, including when a sale or other transfer of ownership occurs. However, the current and future owners are welcome to join the Association voluntarily without any transfer or initiation fees, with the understanding that the property will become a Full Member property in perpetuity.
