Treasurer/Finance

Responsible for the daily economic activity of the Association, including collecting cash and paying bills.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Voting member of the Studdiford HOA Board
Represents the Association in its relationship with banks, vendors, and government agencies.
Prepares monthly and annual financial statements, and completes the Association's annual tax returns.
Proposes draft annual budget, and works with Board and Chairs to finalize the budget
Provides monthly analysis of the Association's finacial position, including variance to budget, and makes recommendations on unplanned expenditures
Promptly reimburses members for expenses made on the Association's behalf
